These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hingfluence.com and the tools we operate on it, including the Insurance Portfolio Score, the Singapore PR Score and the Retirement Readiness Score (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Hing & Co is a business growth company that builds AI, automation, websites, acquisition systems, strategy and analytics. We also develop independent interactive tools, calculators and assessments for insurance, retirement and Singapore PR topics. Those tools are educational and informational only. Hing & Co does not provide regulated financial services, sell insurance, act for any financial institution, or operate as an immigration law practice. We are not affiliated with the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
Our analysis references publicly available Singapore material, including MoneySense, MAS guides, CPF, MOH, LIA, ICA, and MOM publications. Assumptions are clearly labelled. See also our Disclaimer.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or unlawfully.
Life Simulator credits. To see a Life Simulator result you sign up with your mobile number or Google account and use free credits. Credits are given free of charge (for example when you sign up, use a code from us, or invite a friend). They cannot be bought, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and may not be combined across accounts. We may change how many credits a result uses or how credits are given, and we may remove credits obtained through misuse, such as fake accounts or sharing codes that were given to one person.
The premium report is a one-time S$19.90 SGD charge processed by Stripe. There is no subscription. If something goes wrong with your purchase, write to support@hingfluence.com within seven days of payment and we will review and, where appropriate, refund you. Educational support sessions booked through the website are free unless expressly stated otherwise.
All content on the Services, including scoring methodologies, text, designs, graphics, logos, and software, belongs to Hing & Co or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent, except for your own personal reports and results.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Hing & Co and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, or opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the Services or any decision you make based on them. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or S$100 if you have not paid us anything. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Hing & Co harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
The Services rely on third-party providers such as Google Firebase and Stripe, and we advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. Our Services are not endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta.
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will post the updated version on this page and, for account holders, email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
