MoneySense

MoneySense is Singapore's national financial education programme. It publishes retirement planning guidance, including the income replacement approach (about two-thirds to three-quarters of last drawn income) and the suggestion to plan for retirement savings lasting at least 20 to 30 years.

MAS · Monetary Authority of Singapore

MAS, together with MoneySense, published the Basic Financial Planning Guide, which includes rules of thumb such as setting aside at least 3 to 6 months of expenses as emergency funds and investing at least 10% of income for retirement and other goals.
