Hingfluence exists to help you understand your insurance. Not to sell it, not to share it, not to advertise based on it. This page explains the commitments we make about your information.
What we collect
- Your onboarding answers (age, family, existing coverage)
- Policies you choose to upload, plus the fields we extract from them
- Your email if you create an account or book an appointment
- Anonymous analytics so we can fix bugs and understand usage
What we never do
- Sell or rent your data to anyone
- Pass your details to brokers or insurers without your consent
- Use your protection data to advertise to you
- Store your session in localStorage; we keep it in memory only
Where your data lives
Account data sits inside Google Firebase (Firestore + Storage) hosted in Asia-Southeast region. Files you upload are encrypted in transit and at rest and are accessible only by you and our automated parsing pipeline.
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists. Sign in, go to Account, and choose delete to erase everything within minutes. Nothing leaves with you uninvited.
Singapore compliance
We follow the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We are not a licensed financial advisor; analysis is educational only.
